Trinity Family Counseling provides compassionate counseling and support to individuals and families.
Rachel Boudreau, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), joined Trinity Family Counseling with Shawna in 2018 as a clinician and has worked with children and families for 15 years. She see clients of all ages and specializes in early childhood (birth to 8). She also provides early childhood mental health contract work. Rachel has experience in special education, children’s behavioral health, coaching teachers, and supporting family systems. Rachel has training in Child Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security, Attachment Self Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework, infant and early childhood mental health.
Rachel has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Cedarville University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Rachel originally hails from the East Coast but has lived in Alaska for 10 years. When not working, Rachel enjoys exploring Alaska on foot, kayak, ice skates, skis, bike or whatever else takes her to the backcountry with her husband and dog, of course.
Robin Wolffe, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), has over 5 years of experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional dysregulation in day school, residential, acute, and out patient settings. Her background includes working with children, adolescents and adults who have many different experiences including military, court involvement, and foster/adoption. Each person and family comes with their own unique story and therapy is individually structured to meet their needs.
Shawna Ragan, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), started Trinity Family Counseling in 2013. She specializes in Infant and early childhood mental health and has been providing individual and family counseling since 2004. Her experiences include working in outpatient counseling, developmental preschools/head starts, and contracts with agencies as a consultant. Her therapeutic focus is on relationship based work supporting parent-child connections. Shawna is certified as Circle of Security Parenting trainer.
Shawna has a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming.
Shawna was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska and then spent 10 years in Wyoming. She has lived in Eagle River the past 10 years and spends time with her family tackling a project or fishing, camping, and hunting.
