What kinds of issues are addressed in therapy:
-Depression and anxiety, trauma and PTSD, relationship problems, grief, loneliness, stress and overwhelm, feelings of intense sadness and helplessness, running out of options, support for major and minor life transitions, trouble concentrating and coping in different life situations. Do we utilize faith based counseling in sessions? Yes, we do, when asked by the client.
Are sessions confidential? All sessions, including telehealth sessions are confidential and HIPAA compliant.
Are parents included in sessions for the child? We believe that the best therapy for a child includes both parents in the process - when possible. Both parents must consent to services.
