Getting Started

Insurance:  Our therapists are in-network with the following insurance companies: Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, EBMS, Carelon and United Healthcare. For other insurance groups, check with your individual therapist. *Please keep in mind that personal information must be up to date with the insurance company in order for us to submit billing in a timely manner. For clients with primary and secondary insurances, a Coordination of Benefits will need to be done with both insurance companies before the first session. 

Confidentiality: All sessions and communication between therapist and client are private and protected. The only exceptions have to do with the possibility of harm to self or others, or a court order.  

Good Faith Estimate: Clients have a right to a good faith estimate at any time. 

Limited Sliding Scale: Available upon request.
